{"id":3727,"date":"2023-03-02T13:36:41","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T12:36:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradelex.com\/2023\/03\/02\/kiop\/"},"modified":"2023-03-02T13:48:47","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T12:48:47","slug":"the-application-for-a-certificate-of-resident-or-non-resident-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradelex.com\/en\/2023\/03\/02\/the-application-for-a-certificate-of-resident-or-non-resident-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"The application for a certificate of resident or non-resident in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is an application to prove the status of resident or non-resident foreigner in Spain.<\/p>\n<h6>Basic regulations<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic Law 4\/2000, of January 11, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and their Social Integration (article 34.2).<\/li>\n<li>Regulation of Organic Law 4\/2000, approved by Royal Decree 557\/2011, of April 20 (article 206<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Requirements<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Not be in Spain in an irregular situation.<\/li>\n<li>That it is requested by the economic, professional or social interests of the foreigner.<\/li>\n<li>That the reasons for which the certificate is requested be communicated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Required documentation<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Official model application form (EX-15) in duplicate, duly completed and signed by the foreigner.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the complete passport, travel title or registration card, or identity document if the applicant is a citizen of the Union.<\/li>\n<li>Communication of the economic, professional or social reasons that justify the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Procedure<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Subject entitled to submit the application: the foreigner personally.<\/li>\n<li>Place of presentation:<br \/>\nFrom Spain: at the General Directorate of Police and the Civil Guard directly, or through the Immigration Office or Police Station of the province where you have your domicile.<br \/>\nFrom outside Spain: at the Spanish diplomatic mission or consular office corresponding to your demarcation of residence and addressed to the General Immigration and Borders Police Station.<\/li>\n<li>The fees for the processing of the certificate: must be paid prior to the resolution of the procedure, they are:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Model 790 Code 052 heading 6.6 if it is processed at the Immigration Office or Model 012 if it is processed at the Police Station.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Term for resolution of the application: five days from the entry of the application in the register of the competent body for its processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an application to prove the status of resident or non-resident foreigner in Spain.
